Natural and manmade events can threaten normal college operations at any time, so colleges need to be prepared to continue the mission as seamlessly as possible during times of emergency. How can Workforce CE Administrators, college Public Safety Training staff, and the overall college administration collaborate to create an effective Continuity of Operations plan?
